Account Utility is a private integration used by its authorized account holder.

Data accessed

When authorized, the integration may access and modify Google account information relevant to enabled features, including email messages, calendar events, and YouTube account or channel data. Access is limited to permissions granted through Google.

Purpose

Google data is used to perform actions requested or configured by the account holder, such as reading, creating, updating, or organizing content.

Processing and storage

Data and operational records may be processed and stored by the infrastructure and service providers configured by the account holder, including automated processing services when enabled. Access credentials and operational records may remain stored until removed or revoked. This informational website does not provide public access to account data.

Sharing

Account data is not sold or used for advertising. It may be transmitted to service providers configured by the account holder only to perform the enabled functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Control

The account holder can revoke access through Google Account security settings and remove stored records from the connected integration.
